The Property Owner agrees to rent the furnished property/room to the Guest for a short-term stay as described herein.

The property is provided fully furnished with all amenities as listed. The Guest shall maintain everything in good condition.

Utilities (electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi) are included in the rental price up to reasonable usage. Excessive usage may be charged separately.
The Guest is responsible for any damage, breakage, or loss of items beyond normal use, which will be deducted from the deposit.
