Monthly rent payable by the 10th of each month via agreed payment method.
Security deposit of two months' rent payable upon signing, refundable upon satisfactory handover.
The premises shall be used only for residential purposes by the Tenant and family members declared.
Structural maintenance by the Landlord; interior maintenance, whitewash, and minor repairs by Tenant.
Utility charges (IESCO, SNGPL, WASA) payable directly by Tenant to respective departments.
Police tenant verification is mandatory per Punjab Police requirements and must be completed within 15 days.
Subletting is prohibited without written permission from the Landlord.
30 days' notice required by either party for termination.
Annual rent increase of 10% upon renewal unless otherwise agreed.
Subject to Punjab Rented Premises Act 2009. Disputes under Rawalpindi courts jurisdiction.
The Tenant shall return premises in original condition, normal wear and tear excepted.
