The Landlord lets the parking space/garage described herein to the Tenant for the purpose of parking/storing a vehicle.
Monthly parking rent payable by the 5th of each month.
Security deposit of one month's parking rent.
The parking space shall be used exclusively for parking the vehicle(s) registered and declared by the Tenant. No commercial storage of goods is permitted.
The Tenant shall park vehicles at their own risk. The Landlord is not responsible for theft, damage, vandalism, or any loss to the vehicle or its contents.
The Tenant shall not perform major vehicle repairs, oil changes, or maintenance in the parking area.
The Tenant shall maintain cleanliness of their designated area and shall not block access to other parking spaces.
Access hours shall be 24/7 unless otherwise agreed. The Tenant shall be provided with a key/remote/pass for access.
The Landlord may terminate with 15 days' notice if the space is needed for personal use or renovation.
The Tenant may terminate with 15 days' notice.
Applicable local laws govern this agreement.
The Tenant shall not sublet or share the parking space without written consent.
