Template Clauses

This template includes the following clauses. When you use this template in our generator, these clauses will be automatically added to your agreement along with the standard terms.

The Landlord agrees to rent the apartment located in the sector/area and address described to the Tenant for residential purposes.

The monthly rent shall be payable by the 7th of each month through bank transfer or other mutually agreed payment method.

A refundable security deposit of two months' rent shall be paid upon signing. The deposit will be returned within 15 days of vacating, less any deductions for damages.

The Tenant shall use the premises exclusively for residential purposes and shall not conduct any business or commercial activity.

The Landlord shall maintain the structural components, plumbing mains, and exterior of the building. Interior maintenance is the Tenant's responsibility.

Utility bills (IESCO electricity, SNGPL gas, CDA water charges) shall be paid directly by the Tenant to the concerned authority.

The Tenant shall comply with all CDA bylaws and building management rules. Parking allocation shall be as per the building's policy.

The Tenant shall not sublet, assign, or share the apartment with anyone not listed in this agreement without prior written consent.

Police verification of the Tenant is mandatory as per ICT Police regulations. The Tenant shall cooperate in completing this process.

Either party may terminate by giving 30 days' written notice. The Tenant shall hand over the apartment in the same condition as received.

Annual rent revision of 10% shall apply upon renewal unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This agreement is governed by the Islamabad Capital Territory laws, and any disputes shall be adjudicated by the civil courts of Islamabad.
