The Landlord leases the agricultural land described herein to the Tenant for agricultural purposes including crop cultivation, livestock rearing, or other agreed agricultural activities.
The lease period is for one crop season / one year / as specified, commencing from the date mentioned.
Annual rent / seasonal rent payable as agreed: in advance / after harvest / in installments.
The Tenant shall use the land exclusively for the declared agricultural purpose and shall employ good farming practices.
The Tenant shall not construct any permanent structures on the land without the Landlord's written consent.
Water rights, canal access, and tubewell usage shall be as agreed. Water charges, if any, shall be borne by the Tenant.
The Tenant is responsible for all farming inputs including seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and labor costs.
The Landlord shall not interfere with the Tenant's agricultural activities during the crop season.
Crop sharing arrangement (if applicable): The harvest shall be divided as agreed — [percentage] to Landlord and [percentage] to Tenant.
The Tenant shall maintain the land, water channels, and boundary walls in good condition.
Upon termination, the Tenant shall leave the land in arable condition and shall not remove any permanent improvements.
This agreement is subject to the Punjab/Sindh/KP/Balochistan Tenancy Act as applicable.
